Setting up a furnished trailer at your location is straightforward when everyone knows what to expect. Here is how the process works from start to finish.
We need a few things from you first. Complete the pre-delivery checklist, send us photos of the site, and give us a quick description of the property. Think access points, where utilities are located, any conditions we should know about before we show up.
This is not busywork. It is how we make sure delivery day goes cleanly and without surprises for you or our team.
Once we have everything, we can get you on the schedule.
Most deliveries happen within a few days of scheduling, depending on your location. We will confirm the details with you and keep things moving.
On delivery day, you will get a confirmation call two hours before arrival. If your delivery is early morning, we will call the evening before. That call is also when we make sure everyone on your end knows where the trailer is going and what the plan looks like.
Our driver arrives with your location mapped and your setup instructions in hand. He will position the trailer, level it, and get it connected to utilities.
Once everything is set, he walks through the unit with you, answers any questions, and you sign your paperwork. That is it. You are home.
If you are coordinating a placement on behalf of someone else, here is what you can expect from us:
We will let you know when the trailer is in transit. Photos come at delivery. We keep you in the loop so you can do your job without chasing us down for updates.
Our goal is to make this process simple for everyone involved, from the person walking through the door on day one to the professional who helped make it happen.
| Do | Do not |
|---|---|
| Send the checklist and photos as soon as you can | Hold photos back until they feel perfect |
| Show how we get in: the drive, gates, tight turns | Assume we have already seen the property |
| Point out the power, water, and sewer | Leave the hookups for us to find |
| Mention slopes, soft ground, or low branches | Save surprises for delivery day |
| Pick up the confirmation call | Be unreachable on delivery day |
| Have someone there for the walkthrough | Plan to handle the paperwork later |
That is the process. Clean, coordinated, and handled by people who know what they are doing.
