A couple waiting out a kitchen fire needs one bedroom and a driveway. A family of six rebuilding after a storm needs bunks, a second bathroom, and a spot big enough for both. A pipeline crew needs a bunkhouse next to the work. We run six sizes so each of those gets a trailer that fits, and every one of them is delivered, set up, and serviced on your property by us. Pick the size below, then tell us where it needs to be.
2 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 6
Two bedrooms with a bunkhouse at one end, so the kids have their own space and the adults have a door that closes. It sleeps six, which covers a family of four with room for a guest or a teenager who needs a wall between them and a sibling.
A practical pick when a household has to keep functioning, not just have somewhere to sleep.

1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 2 to 3
One bedroom, one bath, and a living area that doubles as a sleeping spot for a third person. Right for a couple, a single adult, or a parent with one small child.
The shortest of our layouts, so it is the easiest to place on a tight driveway or a small lot.

2 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4 to 6
Two bedrooms with a private master at one end and bunks at the other, sleeping four to six. This is the layout most families of four choose, with the kitchen and dinette in the middle so everyone has a shared room between the bedrooms.
A washer and dryer is an option on this size, so laundry stays at home.

2 bedroom, 1.5-2 bath, sleeps 8 to 10
Two bedrooms, a bunk room, and a second bathroom, sleeping eight to ten. Built for a family of six or more, a household with grandparents in it, or two families sharing one site.
On a long stay, the second bathroom is the difference between a workable arrangement and a hard one.

2 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 2-4
Two bedrooms and one bath, sleeping two to four, set up for a job site rather than a family. Fits a superintendent and a foreman who each need a room, or a small management team that needs a place to sleep and a table to run the job from.
Ask for it when you request crew housing.
Pick this sizeBunkhouse, sleeps 6 or more
A bunkhouse layout that sleeps six or more per trailer, with a kitchen and a bathroom the crew shares. Built for laborers and rotating crews on construction, utility, pipeline, and storm work.
Several of these on one site house a full crew, and we build the cluster to your head count.

The full list, with what is set up on delivery day and what you bring, is on what comes with the trailer.
Whichever size you pick, our driver tows it to your property, levels it, blocks it, puts the slides out and the stairs down, and opens it up and checks it before leaving. Water, sewer, and power are connected by licensed, insured contractors from our preferred vendor network, and the site conditions are documented at setup and again at takedown. The larger sizes need a longer, straighter route in and a bigger pad, which is one of the things we confirm with you on the call. Here is what delivery day looks like.
Start with the Family, which sleeps four to six, or the Economy, which sleeps six with a bunkhouse for the kids. If you want a second bathroom or there are grandparents in the household, look at the Large Family, which sleeps eight to ten. Tell us who is moving in on the request form and we will confirm the fit on the call.
Yes. Every size on this page that has pictures shows the same photo tour and example floor plan inside the request form, and you can open them before you pick. A size covers more than one trailer, so the floor plan is an example layout; the exact unit is confirmed with you on the callback.
Talk to us. It depends on which trailers are free at the time and whether the larger or smaller unit fits the same spot and hookups on your site. We would rather get the size right on the first call, which is why the request form asks who is moving in, pets included.
