The questions we answer on the phone every day, written down in the order a rental runs: getting the trailer, delivery day, living in it, service during the stay, crews on job sites, and the paperwork. If yours is not here, call us and ask it.
Use the request form. It asks when you need it, which size, any extras, where the trailer is going, who it is for, and how to reach you. A rep calls you back, confirms the site and the size, and sends a written quote. Same-day quotes.
We deliver, set up, and service trailers nationwide, and have since 2004. Put the address in the request form and we confirm the site with you on the call.
Six sizes, from a one-bedroom couples layout that sleeps two to three up to bunkhouse floor plans that sleep eight to ten, plus two layouts built for job sites. Each one is written up with its photos and example floor plan on the sizes page.
You choose the size. A size covers more than one trailer, so the floor plan you see is an example layout, and the rep confirms the actual unit with you on the callback, the way a rental counter does.
Usually, with permission from your city or county, and from your HOA if you have one. It is commonly approved as a temporary use tied to the building permit for the house. Once you have the go-ahead, we deliver, set up, and connect the trailer and service it for the whole stay.
Yes. Adjusters, temporary housing providers, contractors, employers, and agencies arrange trailers for other people every day. The request form asks whether it is for you or for someone else, and who you are, so the paperwork goes to the right desk.
A route in that clears gates, branches, and tight corners, ground that is firm and close to level, and a sense of where the water, sewer, and power are. We go over all of it with you on the call, and our Help Center has a walkthrough of what to expect once the trailer is on its way.
We plan for you, or someone you name, to be there. The driver walks the site with you before anything is unhitched, and the trailer is opened up and checked with you before the driver leaves.
The trailer is positioned, leveled, and blocked so it sits solid. The slides go out, the stairs go down, and the unit is opened and checked. Water, sewer, and power are connected by licensed, insured contractors from our preferred vendor network.
No. The utility connections are completed by licensed, insured contractors from our preferred vendor network as part of the setup. You do not have to find anyone or do any of it yourself.
Clothes and personal things. Every trailer has real beds, a kitchen with a full fridge, stove, and microwave, a bathroom, heat, and air conditioning, and it is furnished. For linens, cookware, dishes, and the small appliances, a Temporary Housewares package can arrive with the trailer.
A stackable washer and dryer is one of the extras in the request form. Say yes there and the rep sets it up with the trailer.
Like a house toilet from where you sit. Underneath, it drains to a holding tank that has to be emptied and treated the right way. Our Help Center article on toilet and black tank care covers the few habits that keep it trouble free.
Trailers live through winter with freeze protection in place, and scheduled service visits continue through the season. Our Help Center article on winter care walks through what to do when the temperature drops.
The request form asks who is moving in, pets included, so the size we quote fits everyone. The dog does not have to sit out the stay at a kennel.
Visits our crew makes on a schedule set when the trailer is delivered, to check and service the unit while you are living in it. The first one goes on the calendar before the driver pulls away.
Open a service request on the Support page or call (214) 493-1515. You get a ticket number, and you can check the status of the ticket any time.
No. Our drivers move our trailers, and a move changes the leveling, the blocking, and the utility connections. If the trailer needs to be somewhere else, call us and we work out the move.
Yes. We deliver to the site, or as close as the ground allows, and set up and connect the same way we do in a driveway. Construction, utility, pipeline, and storm-response crews all live in ours.
Two. The Worksite is a two-bedroom for a superintendent, a foreman, or a small management team, sleeping two to four. The Workforce Bunkhouse sleeps six or more per trailer for the crew itself. Both are on the sizes page.
Yes. A full crew takes a cluster, and we build the layout to your head count and the ground available. One point of contact runs the whole placement.
Insurance carriers, corporations, TPAs, and employers. When the trailer is arranged by one of them, the person living in it is not fronting the cost.
Yes. The rep confirms the site and the size on the callback and sends a written quote. Same-day quotes.
The claim side is handled by our parent brand, 1st Choice Living, which explains onsite RV housing during a claim. Once the placement is arranged, the trailer, delivery, and service are ours.
1st Choice Living has a page written for adjusters and carriers that covers the placement process and the paperwork. The trailer side, including sizes and delivery, is what you are reading now.
