Our driver tows the trailer to your property and walks the site with you before anything gets unhitched. The trailer is positioned, leveled, and blocked so it sits solid, not bouncing on its tires. Stairs go down, slides go out, and the unit is opened up and checked before we leave.
Scheduled service visits go on the calendar from day one, so the first visit is already planned before the driver pulls away.

Water, sewer or septic, and electrical connections are completed by licensed, insured contractors from our preferred vendor network. You are not left standing in the yard with a hose and an adapter kit, and there is no guessing about whether a connection is done right.
Most driveways and yards work. What we look at: a route in that clears gates, branches, and tight corners, ground that is firm and close to level, and how far the trailer will sit from the water, sewer, and power it will use.

We document site conditions when the trailer is set and again when it is picked up. Both sides know exactly how the property looked on day one and on the last day, which keeps the end of a rental as clean as the start.
Plenty of our deliveries are billed directly to an insurance carrier, a corporation, or a TPA, so the person living in the trailer is not fronting the cost.
