Go back into an evacuated area, and plan a delivery there, only when local officials say it is safe, and follow road closures. Official updates are posted by Alabama EMA, Mississippi MEMA, and Florida Division of Emergency Management.

Local rules for a trailer on your own lot and for crew trailers on a job site, the permit offices, and the county emergency management links, area by area along the coast and inland across Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.
A trailer in the driveway or the yard keeps you at home: close to the repair work, your neighbors, and your things. Every size arrives furnished, with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, real beds, and heat and air conditioning, from a Couples layout that sleeps two to three up to a Large Family that sleeps eight to ten. The request form asks who is moving in, pets included, so the size fits everyone.
Whether a trailer can stay on your lot is decided by your city, or your county outside city limits, and by your HOA if you have one. Where it is allowed, the approval commonly runs with the building permit for the house and ends when the work is finished. Get that yes before delivery day. A trailer on your property while you rebuild walks through who decides and what we handle.
That depends on your policy and your adjuster. When a carrier approves the trailer, we can bill the carrier directly, so you are not fronting the cost. Our parent brand explains the claim side on 1st Choice Living’s Hurricane Isaias page. Once the placement is arranged, the trailer, delivery, and service are ours.
We work with any temporary housing company. If one is handling your housing, ask them to place you with Temporary RV Living, or with our parent brand, 1st Choice Living, for a trailer on your own lot. They send us the placement, and we deliver, set up, and service the trailer.

Restoration, roofing, tree, utility, and response crews need somewhere to sleep on or near the job, including sites far from the nearest hotel. We deliver travel trailers to the site, or as close as the ground allows, and set up and connect them the same way we do in a driveway. A two-person crew fits one trailer. A full crew takes a cluster, and we build the layout to your head count and the ground available.
In the request form, choose “I am arranging it for someone else,” then “Employer housing a crew” or “Contractor or restoration,” so the paperwork goes to the right desk. More on crew housing.
The driver walks the site with you, or with the person you name, before anything is unhitched. The trailer is positioned, leveled, and blocked so it sits solid, and it is opened up and checked before the driver leaves. Site conditions are documented at setup and again at takedown, and scheduled service visits continue for the whole stay.
Water, sewer or septic, and electrical connections are completed by licensed, insured contractors from our preferred vendor network. You do not hire an electrician or a plumber.
What we look at for the spot: a route in that clears gates, branches, and tight corners, ground that is firm and close to level, and how far the trailer will sit from the water, sewer, and power it will use. Tell us on the call what the site has, and we confirm the details with you before the trailer rolls. More on delivery and setup.
Four sizes are built for households, from the Couples to the Large Family. Two are built for job sites: the Worksite and the Workforce Bunkhouse. Photos and example floor plans are on sizes and floor plans, and the full list of what arrives in the trailer, and what you bring, is on what comes with the trailer.
A stackable washer and dryer, a housewares package from Temporary Housewares, and photos of the loss from LossMap are extras you can say yes to in the request form.
Our sister brand LossMap covers documenting a property from the air before tarps go on and debris comes off, on LossMap’s Hurricane Isaias page.
Usually, with permission from your city or county, and from your HOA if you have one. It is commonly approved as a temporary use tied to the building permit for the house. Once you have the go-ahead, we deliver, set up, and connect the trailer and service it for the whole stay.

Yes. We deliver to the site, or as close as the ground allows, and set up and connect the same way we do in a driveway. A crew can take one trailer or a multi-unit cluster, and the Workforce Bunkhouse sleeps six or more per trailer. We size the layout to your head count and the ground available.
One point of contact runs the placement and it all lands on one invoice, billed directly to the company. We handle the LOA, COI, and compliance paperwork your office or your client requires, so nobody on the crew pays out of pocket for a place to sleep.
For your home or for a crew, answer a few questions and a rep calls you back with a written quote.
