What’s Included

What Comes With the Trailer,
and What You Bring

Every Temporary RV Living trailer arrives furnished, with a kitchen that has a full fridge, a stove, and a microwave, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, real beds in real bedrooms, and heat and air conditioning. We deliver it, level it, and have the water, sewer, and power connected by licensed contractors.

You bring clothes and personal things. Linens, cookware, and dishes come from a Temporary Housewares package if you add one.

What every trailer arrives with

The sizes differ in bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms. These do not change from one size to the next:

  • A kitchen with a full fridge, a stove, and a microwave
  • A bathroom with a shower and a toilet
  • Real beds in real bedrooms, not fold-out benches
  • Heat and air conditioning
  • Furnished: sofa, dinette, and the bedroom furniture built in
  • A black tank for the toilet and a gray tank for the sinks and shower, both under the floor

What you can add

  • A stackable washer and dryer. It is one of the extras in the request form. Say yes there and the rep sets it up with the trailer. The sizes page lists it as an option on the Family size.
  • A housewares package. Our sister brand Temporary Housewares delivers linens, cookware, dishes, and the small appliances, and a package can arrive with the trailer.

What is set up for you on delivery day

  • A confirmation call on delivery day
  • The driver walks the site with you before anything is unhitched
  • The trailer is positioned, leveled, and blocked so it sits solid
  • The slides go out and the stairs go down
  • Water, sewer or septic, and electrical connections, completed by licensed, insured contractors from our preferred vendor network
  • Site conditions documented at setup, and again at takedown
  • A walkthrough of the unit, your questions answered, and your paperwork signed
  • The first scheduled service visit on the calendar before the driver leaves

You do not hire an electrician or a plumber. More on delivery and setup.

What you bring and what you handle

Before and on delivery day

  • Clothes and personal things
  • Linens, cookware, and dishes, unless you add a housewares package
  • The pre-delivery checklist, photos of the site, and a short description of the property
  • A route in that clears gates, branches, and tight corners
  • Ground that is firm and close to level
  • Where the water, sewer, and power are
  • You, or someone you name, there for the walkthrough
  • Who is moving in, pets included, so the size fits everyone

Day to day

  • Septic-safe or RV-safe toilet paper
  • A holding tank treatment after each emptying
  • Keeping the black tank valve closed between dumps
  • In freezing weather: the thermostat left set, the tanks emptied before a hard freeze, and an eye on your propane
  • Telling us early when something seems off

The Help Center covers what to expect when your trailer is on its way, toilet and black tank care, and winter care and freeze protection.

What service during the stay covers

  • Scheduled service visits for the whole stay, including through winter
  • Service requests on the Support page or at (214) 493-1515, with a ticket number you can check any time
  • A worn or torn toilet seal: our job to replace, not yours
  • A sewage smell that will not clear, which can mean a vent or seal issue we look at
  • No heat, water where it should not be, or a tank frozen solid: call us right away
  • Moving the trailer: our drivers do it, because a move changes the leveling, blocking, and hookups
  • Pickup when the stay ends, with the site documented again at takedown

Frequently asked questions

What comes with a Temporary RV Living travel trailer?

Every size arrives furnished, with a kitchen that has a full fridge, a stove, and a microwave, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, real beds, and heat and air conditioning. It is delivered, leveled, and connected to water, sewer, and power for you.

Do the trailers come with bedding and dishes?

Linens, cookware, dishes, and the small appliances are not on the list of what every unit includes. A housewares package from our sister brand, Temporary Housewares, can arrive with the trailer, so you move in with what you need instead of rebuying it.

What do I need to bring to a rental travel trailer?

Clothes and personal things. If you do not add a Temporary Housewares package, bring your own linens, cookware, and dishes.

Does the trailer have a washer and dryer?

A stackable washer and dryer is one of the extras in the request form. Say yes there and the rep sets it up with the trailer. The sizes page lists a washer and dryer as an option on the Family size.

What if something stops working during my stay?

Open a service request on the Support page or call (214) 493-1515. You get a ticket number and can check its status any time. Scheduled service visits continue for the whole stay, and repairs such as a worn toilet seal are ours, not yours.
